		<description>ah the wonders of the moronic TTC (Toronto Transit Commission) employee... some of them are just beyond hope.  but to be fair, there&#039;s a whole culture of non-empowerment within the TTC for their employees to show any forethought, creativity or any sense of being customer service oriented.

and by the way, here in Toronto the term &quot;streetcar&quot; is used.
